Every project starts off with a concept, taking into consideration the needs of the client and incorporating a blend of design and functionality. Starting with a space plan, mood boards and then as the idea is realized, eventually sketches & 3D images of the space would be produced.

Once a space plan & design is finalized, that is then literally translated into approval / technical drawings paying close attention to ensure the idea is perfectly understood. The detailed drawings are then sent for the necessary approvals only after which construction can begin.

Iconcept Project Managers, tradespeople & subcontracting partners ensure the design is fully executed to exceptional standards. Site managers continually monitor quality and supervise staff, providing the client with regular progress reports.

Before handover each project is fully inspected by the management of Iconcept to ensure the outcome matches the initial vision. Handover should be in line with the original schedule project as well as confirm strict quality standards and close collaboration with our clients.
